LESS Crime Act Process
Setup your online account at the Georgia Tax Center (GTC).
Log in to your online account and register for pre-approval with the Georgia Tax Center.
You will receive an approval letter for your registration from the Georgia Department of Revenue.
Make your donation to the Haralson Sheriff Foundation LTD within 60 days of approval. If you are paying with a check, include a copy of your approval letter and state that the donation is for the LESS Crime Act Tax Credit. Checks and documentation can be sent to the Haralson Sheriff Foundation LTD at:

After we receive your payment, we will send you form IT-QLED-LEF1.
In 2024, you will submit form IT-QLED-TP2 when you file your taxes to receive credit.
